BySide won the EDPartners award in “Customer Relationship” category. The ceremony was hosted by EDP (Energias de Portugal), the largest energy provider in Portugal and a global player in the energy industry on the 29th of January, in Lisbon.

BySide was one of the winners of the 2nd edition of these awards that aim to recognize the best projects led by EDP and its partners in several business categories. BySide won the Customer Relationship category due to its work with the EDP Online project. It highlighted the relevance of the work and its impact in quality perception for EDP customer services.

Vitor Magalhães, BySide’s CEO and co-founder says BySide “has been working with EDP since the beginning of 2013 and the results are truly positive: we increased contact center conversion capacity by 300%, and online funnel conversion by 50%. Besides, we managed to create contexts and relevant contend to their visitors. (…) It has been a learning process for everyone involved”.
