Gartner’s Cool Vendor report identifies companies that excel in terms of innovation and impact.

BySide, the company that created the Lead Activation methodology which allows brands to increase online channel efficiency by combining real time personalisation, marketing automation and multichannel contacts, has been named a E-Commerce “Cool Vendor” by Gartner, one of the most significant IT market research and advisory firms in the world.

This report analyses five companies which are bringing new ideas to e-commerce management. Gartner Cool Vendors are considered to be transforming the way companies operate and how consumers use technology.
